Exchanges:

Please note that orders outside the USA are not eligible for exchange – see return policy for more detail.
Returns:
Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with the original tags still attached. Returns that do not meet this description are not eligible for a return.
- When using our pre-paid shipping label when returning an item(s), a flat rate fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- All exchanges and returns for defective/damaged items are free of charge.
- All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless a gift card is requested.
- Items purchased from a retailer cannot be returned to the online store; Please contact the original store that you purchased the item from.
- The return shipping charges for any orders are not refundable.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Customers shipping from Canada are responsible for the cost of shipping and generating return labels.
* Last Chance Items and items discounted 30% off or more are not refundable. These items are eligible for exchange or refund via electronic gift certificate only. If using our pre-paid shipping label when returning an item, a flat fee of $25 will be deducted from the amount reflected on your electronic gift card.
Please be sure to include your return authorization slip with your items. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment upon the item’s arrival. Exchange items will be shipped to you once your return items are restocked in our warehouse. Returns are ONLY ACCEPTED within 14 days of the receipt date. Please, contact us directly for information on exchanges.
Sale Item Returns:
*Items on sale at 30% or higher can be exchanged within 14 days. These items are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return the product to us via UPS or USPS. Please request a tracking # for your records.
