How do I join the rewards program?
Create an account, and you'll be automatically enrolled in the rewards program.
How do I earn credit?
You earn credit on every purchase automatically. When you place an order using the email address associated with your account, your credit will automatically be added based on your rewards tier.
How much credit will I earn?
You'll earn 5% back on every purchase until you reach $1,500 in lifetime spend. Once you reach $1,500, you'll earn 10% back on every purchase until you reach $3,000 in lifetime spend. After reaching $3,000 in lifetime spend, you'll earn 12% back on every purchase.
How do I use my credit?
Log into your account at alpnrock.com and apply your store credit at checkout. In the payment area at checkout, you'll see a checkbox that says "Apply store credit."
Can I choose how much of my rewards to redeem?
At this time, no. Your full available store credit balance is automatically applied when you redeem your rewards, so partial redemptions aren't available.
Can I use a discount code as well as my credit?
Yes, you can combine discount codes with your store credit.
What happens if I make a return?
If you make a return on an order you earned credit on, the credit will automatically be deducted from your account balance when the return is processed. Credit is earned and valid to use only if you keep your original order.
If you use credit to make a purchase and return the order, the credit you used will be refunded to your account when the return is processed. You can use the store credit again on a future order until the credit expires.
What happens to my rewards tier if my order is returned or cancelled?
If a refund or canceled order reduces your lifetime spend below your current tier’s requirement, your rewards tier status may change. You may be moved to the appropriate tier.
Does my credit expire?
Yes, credit is valid for 45 days from the date issued.
Do I earn rewards on sale items?
Yes. Rewards are based on your final purchase price, so sale items still earn store credit.
Do I earn rewards on gift card purchases?
No, rewards are not earned on gift card purchases or orders where the payment method used is a gift card.
Can I earn rewards on purchases made before joining?
Yes. You'll earn store credit on every eligible purchase, even if you joined after placing previous orders, as long as all orders are associated with the same email address.
Where can I view my store credit balance and transaction history?
Log into your account at alpnrock.com/account. Your current store credit balance is displayed at the top of your account next to your profile icon. Click your balance to view your store credit history, including rewards earned, expired, and redeemed.
When will my store credit be added to my account?
Your store credit is added to your account immediately after your order is placed.
I forgot to apply my rewards at checkout. Can I apply them retroactively?
Store credit can only be applied before an order is completed.
What is a wallet pass?
Wallet Passes are digital cards that you can add to your mobile wallet. They provide quick access to your store credit, making it easier to view and use your rewards.
Open your account on your mobile device and select “Add to Wallet.” Your Wallet Pass will be created automatically for Apple Wallet or Google Wallet with your current store credit balance.
