1 cup coconut yogurt
1 tsp cardamom
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup Cinnamon Granola of choice (gf option)
1/2 large apple, sliced
1/2 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs cinnamon
In a small skillet over medium heat, melt coconut oil. Add apple slices and cinnamon, tossing to coat apples. Cook, stirring occasionally, until apples are softened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk to combine coconut yogurt, cardamom and maple syrup. To serve, spoon whipped yogurt into bowl, top with cooked apples and granola.

1 banana mashed
1 cup almond milk
1 cup ground oatmeal
Simply mix the three ingredients in a bowl, then spoon into a non stick pan. Flip when golden, and top them off with fresh fruit, coconut, or maple syrup if you have a sweet tooth!
